Bath Township will consider a new ordinance for home businesses and conduct a rewrite of its home occupation ordinance.
Planning director Jim Foulds told the township Board of Trustees at its May 18 meeting that more home businesses are being conducted generally, not just within the township.

A clause in Bath Township's parks ordinance prohibiting firearms in township parks came under close scrutiny at the township Board of Trustees meeting May 18.
The current ordinance has been discussed on at least two previous occasions, and has been reviewed by the township's Police and Fire Board for a possible change.
